These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the abaje platform ("Platform") and all services provided under it. abaje is an online gaming and betting platform that offers cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

By accessing abaje, registering an account, or using any of its services, the user acknowledges that they have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. 3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

abaje may request identity verification at any time in the interest of security and proper operation. This process may require a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other relevant documents. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If someone accesses your account without permission, notify the abaje support team immediately. The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

4.1 Deposit Policy

Accepted deposit methods on abaje are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming activities.

Users are required to withdraw via the same method used for their deposit. If the deposit and withdrawal methods do not match, the platform may determine an alternative arrangement.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. abaje generally processes withdrawals within 5–30 minutes. However, this may take longer if identity verification is pending or an investigation is ongoing.

While a withdrawal request is being processed, the user may not use that amount for gaming. Those funds are held separately until the withdrawal is complete.

4.3 Fraud and Unauthorised Transactions

If abaje suspects fraud or unauthorised activity in any transaction, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account and, following investigation, permanently close it. Funds obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

abaje offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus is subject to its own terms. The general bonus policy is outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: For new users, a 120% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus (total ৳2,200); a deposit of ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳10,000 bonus (total ৳28,000).
• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not the total balance).
• No bonus may be transferred to another account.
• If bonuses are misused or an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• abaje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.1 Betting Rules

The abaje platform supports betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bets are placed at the user's own risk. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed; where a cancellation option exists in specific circumstances, it will be indicated within the product.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined through verifiable random number generators (RNG) or live dealer processes. abaje is always committed to ensuring fair play. In the event of a dispute over any result, the platform's records will be considered final.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Match fixing or any other dishonest practice involving team or player names.
• Misusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets on behalf of other users or engaging in any form of brokerage activity.

abaje's VIP program has three tiers. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular play:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP benefits apply only to legitimate gaming activity. If an account is suspended due to activity that violates the rules, VIP benefits will automatically be suspended as well. abaje may change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
